Immaculately clean hotel, and the staff were very supportive and competent, location was perfect near to termini station. We had the king room and it was heated and complete with very high ceiling, a mini fridge 

We have stayed in this original hotel for 3 nights, everything was fine, the location was perfect close to the city centre. They gave a king room with pastries, tea plus juice as we booked.

The staff were kind of rude, didn't expect that coming.

Original hotel with fast wi-fi, the location is perfect easy to get by public transport. The queen room is huge and has a fridge, an air conditioning, and television. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very supportive and competent.

I was upgraded to great-sized and huge quadruple room with 2 single beds.

Lovely and good staff entire time.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was super adjacent to the attractions in Rome and colosseum and trevi fountain. Good rooms with central heating, a flat screen TV, and a writing table. Soft beds for a good sleep.

I recently stayed at Hotel Marisa in Rome for a family trip. We had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We booked a family room and were pleasantly surprised to find two interconnecting bedrooms. The rooms were clean with

Location and breakfast

Cleanliness of your room was not good

It was convenient and directly opposite the Termini Station. It is an old hotel with old finishes (old fashion but not unpleasant). It was clean and breakfast was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful. 

I was upgraded to great-sized and huge quadruple room with breakfast included:)))

Stayed here for 3 days, loved the hotel, it was impeccably clean with convenient and best possible location close enough to the center.
